  This place is wonderful. The people waiting however are not. This place offers a lot of help for cheap. And people walking in with 4 dogs. People coming in 3 minutes before they close. I feel awful these workers have to deal with be treated that way. Horribly rude customers that do not show these people respect.

  Emancipet is such a blessing! We are all so lucky to be able to receive their low cost preventative care! The employees are always so kind and helpful and the cost of service is amazing! This review is because every time I go in there's someone who just does not get it. People are always so rude to the Emancipet employees for NO REASON. Yes there is a long wait, there's also only a $5 office visit fee. If you wanna make an appointment feel free to go to a regular vet and pay $60 just to be seen. Also they have to see your pet once a year at Emancipet in order to walk in and get medicine for them. That's just COMMON SENSE. They need to ensure that your pet is at the proper weight and in good enough health for the medicine you are picking up. I give emancipet 5 stars because they are so amazing and the employees have so much patience with all of these customers being so mean to them for no reason.
