  Good professional doctors but as of 2017 I now get a facilities charge to use this clinic. If you want a surprise bill in the mail, you've come to the right place. If you don't want to pay more than you have to, I suggest another place - Austin Regional Clinic for example. Goodbye BSW.

  When I got my bill I was shocked! All I got was a chest X-Ray there with somebody called me back a week later said: You Look Fine. This service I just described costs $300 after insurance!( and I have a pretty good insurance) When I asked the doctor what I should do about my cough, I felt she was impatient and wanted me to make a decision quickly if I wanna have a referral or not. Yes they do have a nice new building and nice new equipments, but those are also not free because they charge facility fee for EVERY VISIT!! Unless you are super rich and don’t care about impatient doctors. if not , don’t go!!!! This is my advice for anyone wants to have a reasonable medical bill and wants to be respected as a patient!

  I received good medical care here but BEWARE of the billing. You will be charged $150 facilities charge for each time you walk in the door (basically the same as an ER visit--as an "outpatient" for Scott and White) on top of all other charges. I am looking for a new provider.
