  I am rating 5 stars because I was able to pay back the loans that were provided to me. If you are not able to pay back a loan I would advise you not to do it. My experience was great, I went to the one in Taylor initially and got a 200 dollar loan, and had to pay back like 280 or something. then 600 and paid back about 730 or something like that lol Now i borrowed more and paying that back as well. It's helpful when I needed it, it's a pay day loan so this has no affect on your credit (darn!). Megan and Shanna were very helpful at the pflugerville location. I was demanding and rushed when i first walked in, but Shanna assisted me right away providing me with the help i needed, she also provided me more information and facts about the loan than the taylor location did. I recognized it immediately. While what she told me additionally did not change my opinion about getting a loan, it was very helpful to know as well. I can't say that I love these places but they sure do come in handy, and with the customer service at this place I appreciated the ease of knowing I was being told everything and being taken care of, even me coming in at closing time and still being taken care of. Thanks to you ladies, I was able to make payments on some bills until next paycheck. Your thoroughness was definitely appreciated, Shanna.
